Unacceptable Service!

I ordered and paid on 05th December, they delivered 5 out of 9 books in January. 2 weeks of phoning and emailing with no response on the outstanding 4 books. My child is going to school without books! Phone numbers dont connect, emails are not responded to and chat bot doesnt work. I will not recommend or use them again!
