*****ulent company will not refund nor deliver my book

I bought a book from this *****ulent company in early April 2023 and they didn’t deliver the book. I then called them numerous times and was told the book payment had not been allocated to my reference number and my order was NOT yet processed.

I sent my cancellation email 25 April with banking details for the refund, called them to ensure they had all they nee for processing and again Khethiwe assured me that all is well. Today is 18 May 2023 i have NOT received my refund and they are unreachable telephonically nor by email.
