Total lack of communication

Disgusting service! Waited over a month and a half for a response on school books that were ordered (Promise is 5 - 10 days). Worst part is they were for a child in need and I was so dissapointed that he wouldn't get his books in time to start school. Aproaching the two month mark now and still no refund for the book I didn't receive. One book was sent albeit a month and a half late.
