Think twice before ever ordering books here!!

Book a book failed to deliver my school books order. I asked them to refund me, they said they would, but still waiting for my refund for the 4 out of 6 books I ordered. This service is unacceptable and I will never do business with them again. Please think twice before ever ordering books from them. Just wondering what they are doing with my money plus the books that they did not deliver???!!!!
