They take your money and you never hear from them again!

Based upon the dispatch information provided by Book a Book, I placed an order for a textbook long enough in advance for it to be delivered in time for the start of term. 3 weeks and 3 emails later, with the term already underway, I have not heard back from them. I have needed to buy the textbook from another supplier to ensure I can get on with my studies. I am not hopeful I will ever see the book or my money ever again. I cannot tell if this is even a legitimate company.
