THEY ARE A ****, PLEASE STAY AWAY

Bought books from this place because they claimed to have stock. Purchased the items...guess what, took them over a month to ship out my parcel. Not only did they ignore my emails, let alone when you call, you are put to an answering machine and the phone hangs up, customer service DOES NOT EXIST!!! When my son opened the package, the horror and dismay of being sent the wrong books and were nowhere the prescribed books for his age. I was ******** and didnt research this company. I am not willing to fight because I have realised that I have been duped and will never get my money back. I just wish that the bank they are working for closes their account as they are de*****ing clients intentionally
