TERRIBLE SERVICE

I regret buying from this shop : ( I bought my friend a birthday present 2 week before her birthday 🎂 my order didn't arrive 3 weeks passed .. they told me is out of stock I asked for a refund I'm stil waiting even today for the refund while they said i will get it within 7 working days . Today it's the 3rd week still waiting for my refund.

They are based In Johannesburg I bought a nice motivational book but I never got it.. they do sell nice things one would buy for a birthday or wedding or just an occasion as a present . But their services terrible 🤢 🤕 🤮

I have never received a bad service buying online like this one it makes one feel frustrated. With regret!
