Terrible service ever

Im very frustrated by the terrible service from this company. Order number ***. I ordered my daughters book in December, ive been trying to find out where my order is. I sent an email and they rep**** and said i must call their contact their call centre to schedule my delivery. I called and they dont answer. Its the second week of school and still waiting for the books. Can someone please contact me on ***. I will never ever use this service ever again. Its really frustrating. I need the books delivered as in today
