Terrible service

I ordered a book on the 11th Aug from them. I received an email confirming that they have received my payment and my order is now being processed. I will receive my book in 3to7 working day. The 25th Aug I wanted to know when I will be receiving my order to be told that they are still awaiting stock. I then request them to refund my money. I was told the refund will be done within 48 hours. Today the 31st Aug there is still no refund. And was informed that my refund will be done today. I will not recommend any one to buy from them as they are not to be trusted.
