Terrible customer service and follow thru
I agree with the other reviews. I placed an order for 4 textbooks on Bookabook.co.za on 23rd January 2021 and to date (1 Mar) I have not received them. I have had to re-buy the textbooks as my son is in matric and cannot afford the wasted time waiting for Bookabook to deliver. Their customer service is not good as emails go unanswered for a long time, or not at all. My request for a refund was not honoured and last week I received a text message that my parcel was with the courier, but I have yet to hear from the courier and checking the tracking info there is zero information. I recommend going to PNA to find your textbooks, much easier!!

While it is nice to know that they are a legitimate company, their relationship with the publishers needs to be improved so that they can deliver on time.
I did have to re-buy the textbooks so that my son could study in term 1 successfully, so now I will have to re-sell these extra textbooks to recover the double cost.
