Terrible customer service and delivery

Book a book’s service is pathetic. I ordered 2 books on 12 Dec 2022, I had to call to follow up if the order was received, only then was it processed on the 14th Dec 2022. I only received one book and awaiting the other one, I’ve been following up for the last 3 weeks and the excuse is that they’re waiting on suppliers, with no further communication. Disappointing to say the least.
