Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service, we ordered atlases for our grade 10 learners and after months of waiting nothing has arrived with absolutely no contact from them at all. Absolutely the worst company to deal with, possibly quite ********** and robbing schools and parents of money for nothing in return.
