Placed an order on 3 January 2023. ******** of note, Khethiwe & Neo ‘s lying skills are perfected everyday with the amount of lies they tell poor customers on a daily basis. The worst one for me, was to receive a shipment notification, indicating that I will receive my sons textbooks within 4 days, when tracking it on the courier company’s website I receive “scanning parcel” & it goes nowhere. A week later, I then called the courier company only to be told that BookABook still has the parcel they have not requested the courier company to collect. I called BookABook, eventuality my call was answered after trying a number of times, I got thru to Khethiwe, she requested my order number, after checking she mentioned a grade 8 textbook and all the text books I ordered were for grade12. 🤔That is when I realised I am taken for a ride!
