Suurlemon Grade 7

I order Suurlemon Grade 7 books for a school on the 16th August 2023 and received confirmation of my order, on the 23rd August received a mail that my order is being prepared, I received another mail on the 29th August that my order has been delayed but again on the 05th September i received a mail that order has been received then on the 08th September order is being prepared. On the 13th September they asked me for banking details to processed refund till this day no delivery or refund has been received and when i called their office number doesn't exist, I have been sending emails after emails they used to respond to my email and states they will look into my query and update but since last week they no longer responding to my emails.
