Suspected ********

Im a 3rd year student, at unisa, went online and saw the book a book website that offered affordable books to rent or buy, there policy stating delivery within 3 to 5 days, which is been more than 10 days as I placed an order on the 28th August, and still no delivery, I received confirmation of the order that its been shipped off and still nothing, I have been doing assignments without a text book. There's no response to the emails I have sent and no contact information, they not even responding on their websites. This is flipping frustrating as it's not R50 but R500 that was paid for the book which I might as well could have purchased it brand new
