Still waiting for my textbook to be delivered since 28/02/2019

I submitted and paid my textbook order on 28 February 2019 already, that is 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my textbook. I only have it on a 60-day rental which only gives me another 2 weeks to use it. I also had to submit my first assessment for this module on 11 March 2019 without using the textbook!

Please can you send me the tracking number for this parcel so I can track this order! If the textbook is still not received by this Friday, 15 March 2019, I would like to cancel my order and be refunded my money in full.

I am very disappointed in your service, you don't reply to email queries and no one picks up when you call. I don't think I will make use of your service ever again... :-( I thought I was saving on textbook costs by renting one and very excited when I came upon your site just to be disappointed by your service.

Please return my money so I can buy a textbook rather!!!
