Still no refund received
Still have not received my order that was placed and paid on the 25 Jan 2023, got hold of them on Friday 10th of Feb 2023, asked for a refund, still waiting for it, however the lady was so nice to give there address ( Wonder if she ever gave me the correct one) as i said i need to see to the manager whom is forever in a meeting, the poor man must be so tired of all the meetings as he is in and out of meeting,

24 Feb 2023, 15:16And here I am again, I received an email on the 17 Feb 2023 stating I will have my refund with in 48 Hours, well still waiting, I was told that Sam Khumalo is the manager and is doing the refunds, he is not phone a person back or reply back to emails, one thing the lady did was giving Book a Book's address , well I hope it's the correct one, the next thing for me to do is get hold of my legal team and the police and take action, demanding my money back. it's been more than a month now.
