On 21 July 2023, I purchased books from Book a Book and the order cost me R500. However, my order was not delivered due to it being out of stock and they indicated that they would refund me. However, I have not been refunded to date. I have been following up via emails and calls, to no avail. This company is a ****mer and should be stopped!
