Stay far away from Book a Book!!!!

I ordered my kids' textbooks on 10 December 2021, paid and received confirmation of order. Since then zero communication, phoned several times in Jan to follow up on my order as I had not received any comms nor received delivery....phones not going through, emails not answered. Schools opened in Jan and my kids did not have books. Had to make another plan. Sent emails to Book a Book to cancel my order, still no response. Then out of the blue on 2 Feb 2022 I get a call from a driver delivering my books. At 8:15pm! The package the diver hands me is open. What kind of unprofessionallism is this???
