If I could give zero starts I would.

I have been very patient with this company. I have order a book from them that my daughter needed for school. Just to be told no deliveries is only being done mid Jan 2024. I have then requested for a refund to which I have followed up on. I received a response saying I must request a refund from my bank. How in their right mind do they think that the bank will reverse an EFT payments??? I have responded and since found my emails aren't going through, I can assume that I have been blocked.
