Stay away from Book a Book!!!

Book a book I have still not received my childs school text books, which was an order or almost R3000,I have sent multiple emails and have not received responses. The last email you had sent out was that books would be dispatched by last week Friday, which clearly was not done. If they are not dispatched by tomorrow I want a refund. If I do not get a reply by tomorrow morning I will have my payment reversed and I will report you guys to Ombuds.
