This company service is rediculous, previous reviews are correct.. They do not respond to emails, you will struggle to get someone on the line.. I finally did speak to a person.. Asked what is happening with my order and why they are ******** people out of their money.. Response was they are not ********... I requested a refund. They want my banking details.. So I stated send me a formal email requesting my bank details to process the refund with the refund request form.. And I stated I want to speak to the manager...
