Shocking Delivery Time and zero Customer Service

Ordered textbook in mid-January 2023. Received in 4 April 2023. Sent numerous emails and tried calling a number of times. Requested refund as I had to buy the book elsewhere in the meantime. No response at any time from Book a Book. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never buy from them again and I will be sure to tell anyone who cares to listen that they must stay away from them!!
