School Book Deliveries

This is the second time I have used Book a Book and both times I have had to cancel my order. There is absolutely no communication, cannot get through the contact number on their website. Thought I would give them a second chance but now I will never use them again. I am still waiting for them to respond to my emails and not sure when my money will be refunded
