******** !!! WORST ONLINE BOOKSHOP

I ordered text books for my son on 17 December 2021 and just before our offices closed for the festive season i emailed them to advise that i need the books before the 15th of January 2022. They emailed back advising that the publishers are closed and will reopen on 5 January for orders. I returned to the office on 3 January and made contact again and still no feedback. I then proceeded to give them a call on 12 January and made contact with their consultant who advised me that my books will be delivered by 2pm on Friday, 14 January. Still no order. I emailed them again on 17 January indicating that I want to cancel my order and would like to reimbursed. They emailed back asking for banking details to reimburse and to date I have not heard from them or received any proof of payment that the monies have been reimbursed. This saddens me as this platform is to be used for students and of course they are going to try and get cheaper textbooks.
