******** who take your money without delivering

Please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a book on 16 June 2022 and paid on the same day. The invoice confirmed that delivery will take place between 7 to 9 working days. I followed up on the status of delivery of my book on 8 July 2022 and I was informed that the company has not yet received my book and that I should request a refund. I duly requested refund on 8 July 2022 and I was informed that refunds are processed within 24 hours. I have now followed-up three times with the company for a refund and it has still not been processed. I provided my banking details to the company on 8 July 2022. Each time I call the company, the telephone operator has a flippant response that the refund will be processed. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST TO PREVENT YOU FROM FALLING WITHIN THE SAME POSITION!!!!
