********!!!!!!!!!!

These people are surely ********, i ordered 6 books on 12 December 2022, I didn't receive the books and i decided to cancel my order , i was promised a refund and the funds were supposed to be in my account not later than 06/01/2023 as they said but am still waiting even today.. they are not ignoring my calls and emails .
