I ordered a textbook on 3 May 2021. The website stated the book would be delivered within 4 to 7 days. The money was deducted from my credit card, however the book never arrived. It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the telephone, and emails go unanswered. I am STILL waiting for a refund. This company is a ****, and their practice is tantamount to *****. As I have still not received my refund, I shall be opening a case of ***** with the SAPS.
