They actually deserve zero stars but I have to give them a rating so 1 star it is. Horrible, horrible, horrible services. There is no words in the English dictionary to actually describe what a ****ING terrible business this is. I ordered just one book more than 3 weeks back and I have had to call and send multiple emails without any success. The stupid consultants will just apologise and connect you to the IDIOTIC manager. Just don't waste your money here. Go to Takealot or Readers Warehouse if you need books, they are expensive but you will get your money's worth.
