****MED BIG TIME

This is definitely a ****. I placed my order on the 17th of December, when I eventually got hold of them last week Tuesday, the lady told me my books will be dispatched on Friday, I got hold of them this morning, oh no, we are still waiting for books from the suppliers, the suppliers only opened on Friday? Which business will now open on a Friday???? I have told her I want to cancel my order and want a refund. Its one story after the other, I will never ever receive my books.
