****ED and IGNORED

I bought a text book on the 26 August 2020 and i was promised a week delivery, and these guys NEVER DELIVER. i tried to email them then they said i must wait for 7 days and still the didnt deliver. I requested refund in the mid September and they didnt respond. now its the 3rd months no respons. My lawyer will deal with this going forward.
