**** - WON'T REFUND YOU!

It is a ****. They do not refund you and the customer service is terrible. I hired books which took them ages to deliver. I returned the books end of October, and have yet to receive a refund. Their excuse is a 'cash-flow' issue, which frankly is not my problem. They blatantly break the contract / terms of service. If you rented books from them and actually received the books, do not send the books back - you won't ever see your money so might as well have something to show for it.
