**** - takes money without delivering product

Disastrous! Placed text book order 4 December 2021 without any luck of being able to up on my order. There is no way to trace your order, no one responds to emails and they never return a call. After days of trying to speak to a manager the phone now just rings without any answer. I agree with other comments - complete **** and **********.
