?**** online book sales

I bought a book online on the 4th of September for my exams which were in October. I tried called them to enquire when days went by without any delivery but they do not answer their phones. I sent emails through their email link on their website, no luck. I also sent an email from my personal email, still nothing. I still have not recieved the book. Instead they changed the status on my profile to currently with courier.
