BE WARNED - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, AS IT IS A ****. YOU DO NOT GET YOUR BOOKS AND THEY NEVER PAY BACK THE MONEY. I am sorely disappointed - this business is definitely ******** people. Their phone line does not work and they do not respond to queries if they owe you money. I placed an order on 1 March, and still have not received either a refund OR the book. I contacted them and on 10 April they responded and informed me I would receive a refund. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have contacted them many times since and have received no reply.

They are running a **** and take advantage of students who are willing to pay to rent a book. Disgusting and exceptionally badly run. This company should be shut down.
