Really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering - same experience as most people on here, received a beautiful order confirmation and then a big black hole of no updates, no replies on emails, calls or that lovely non existent chat bot. This was a birthday present order for hubby - and I consider myself lucky that it was not school books
