Really bad service guys

Really bad experience with Book a Book. I ordered and paid for a school book for my son on 8 January. Got a confirmation e-mail stating i will receive it within 4-7 working days worse case scenario 7-10 working days. After i saw its not being delivered i tried to contact them but no avail. Then e-mailed them numerous times also to no avail. Really guys this is a school book. for a child wanting to learn. Such a waste of time. Worse thing is the school named them as a supplier... Guess who's paying the school a visit and getting their name removed from the list. It will be a huge loss for Book a Book
