Radio(email/Phone) Silence

Order #*** Order Placed 18 Dec 2023 Contacted business to hold delivery until the new year as i was going away have sent multiple emails and tried calling, no answer, since the new year started. I have received no response. School is reopening this week and i want to know where my paid book is.
