purchase made, no delivery

purchased books on the 24th of December. After numerous times of trying to call their number I got hold of a consultant who took my numbers and email address and promised to call me back with details pertaining to my order and its delivery, she never did call back. I have made numerous other attempts to call them but the calls never get answered. I ordered textbooks for my son, schools are opening tomorrow and I will have to go purchase from other stores. I would like a refund
