Poor service delivery by Book A Book - no delivery at all money taken

My daughter ordered two books on the 01 Mar 23 and made an immediate payment of R1200 on the 02 Mar 23. Money was paid to an FNB account no *** Branch Code 250655. She called *** JHB number their email address are *** and ***) on the 06 Mar 23 and spoke to Zanele Zulu about the delay in receiving the books she then requested a refund since books could not be delivered on time. Zanele requested her to forward her banking details to process the refund which I warned my daughter not to do. I believe Book a book is *****ing our money and future of our children. I hope all concerned open a cases of *****.
