Poor service delivery

People must not these 5 stars they're seeing from these employees of Book a book. You order a book and wait forever. They keep on telling you that I suppliers busy getting it ready. No response to emails just like Anna said. From the 31st march 2023 I'm still waiting n it's the 15 of April.
