Please Don't buy through Book A Book, they are ********. Be aware!

I bought books online in on 20 December and I paid for them. I received a payment confirmation and note to say that the books would be delivered within 5-7 days. I had no issues with a few delays because December is a holiday season but since then, there is no response. They do not answer their phone and when you check on their website, it says the phones are not working. The part that makes me mad, is that the books were for school. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them but their company was at the top of the list when I searched google for places to buy.

Be careful, they are ********. Who clearly have the time and resources to design and maintain a wesbite that looks credible. Which is sad, it gives a bad reputation to other unknown online book stores, we will now only support those that are known and credible!!!!!
