Pathetic service, I want my money back!

I've never experienced such bad service in my life! Their PayPal service works wonders to take your money quickly then keep quite "********". Their say and do ratio is non-existent. I ordered my books on the 18th and to date no delivery has been made, I've sent e-mails, called their 087 number and received zero response. Since I'm desperate for books, I'm considering buying elsewhere. So Book a Book and your pathetic service please return my money... I want nothing to do with you!
