PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have placed an order for a Grade 10 History Text book on 15th of July 2022, payment was effected on 16/07/2022. To date, no email received regarding any delays or even just providing us with feedback. Their offices just keep you holding and dont event bother getting back to you. I have now sent 2 emails requesting feedback but to no avail. This is unacceptable for companies to exploit individuals like this! do they not know of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". if anyone is reading this, PLEASE DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM "BOOK A BOOK"! Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere. I will definitely NOT recommend them to ANYONE!
