Pathetic Book a Book!!!!!

Worst service ever! After months of phoning them weekly to ask when are we going to receive our order, they only told us they are struggling to get hold of the books from their suppliers. We cancelled the order after 3 months, but what a struggle to get your money back!!!!!!! Eventually they paid after we said that we are going to the police. Never again will I order from them. Pathetic!
