Pathetic!!!! you people never answer the phone and does not comply to your own regulations regarding delivery as it has now been 13 days contrary to your 10 days (international) and I live in the same province as where you are situated and not another country yet i have still to receive my books. you people are now costing my child demerit points as he still has no text books!!!!
