Ordering issues

I have purchased online books on the 26th December 2021. Paid the amount, I received my order number.

But I have been calling and sending emails asking when delivery will be made.After more than 40calls I eventually got through on the landline number, the lady said I will receive my books in this week but can not tell me exactly when. I struggled to hear her because there is noise in the background. I received an email saying that my order will be send but there is a back order some books they dont have. It is such a struggle to get hold of these people and i am really not sure if I will receive my books.
