Order still not delivered, company not responding to emails

I wish i had read the reviews here before placing an order for a book with BookaBook. So i placed an order for my child's school book and paid in full. Received an order number from the company by email with a confirmation that the order was being processed and will be delivered within 5-7 days. On the same day the status of the order was updated to "Order being prepared by Supplier". There is no delivery to date and its been more than 5 days, no communication from the company either. I have sent countless emails to *** and *** no responses. I have come to accept that i have been **********. Wow.
