ORDER #794613

I have purchased a book from bookabook on 17 Aug 2020 paid in full. Confirmation email received that book has been ordered (Order no 781838) and dispatched with delivery within 1-5 business days. Book not received. On follow-up with regards to this order no luck on their contact details. Going online on 24 Aug 2020 via their online chat. Got a reply as follows:-

"The order will be dispatched today. Please expect a tracking number by tomorrow and expect delivery before friday. We apologise for the delay."

Confirmation e-mail received with new order number 794613 and dated 17 Aug 2020.

To date still no tracking number, no book delivered. No reply on their contact details phone, e-mail or online chat.

It is sad that their customers are not valued. No improvement of services or motivation to offer better service to their paying customers.
