Not sure I trust this company

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering so silly of me I have waited and phoned I have emailed the lady just says her supervisor will get hold of me but that never happens. Now I have requested a refund I will wait to see if that happens. I don’t know how people can run businesses like this it’s ********
